Last night I dreamt of home
I am not the kind of person to get homesick for my country. Every once in a while I miss the shape of the sky, the openness of the landscape, the colors of the foliage and scent of the air in Washington, DC and my town in Maryland. Sometimes I feel that I need a few days at home to unwind. But, last night I dreamt of the sound of birds, crickets, frogs, and other insects. In my dream, a friend of mine asked what that noise was. I replied that it was the sound of home.

Jamón y paella, rompiendo barreras
Se habla tanto hoy en día del Plan Ibarretxe, del Estatut, de si se come mejor en Galicia, si es mejor la sidra de Gijón o de Donosti. Pero los viernes se comprueba que es el jamón que une a España … yo un jamón. Y la paella FON Ready vuela como un router flasheado. (¡Gracias Alvaro!)
